OPERA Classic is the result of 15 years of committed research and work of Tamburo's team aimed at satisfying the needs of the most exacting drummers. The concept of the solid wood 'staves' for the shell construction, still unique in its kind, has made OPERA a flexible and reliable instrument to suit the most varied performances, from studio recording to live stage concerts or club gigs. It features a new stave reinforcement hoop made of two-ply air-dried beechwood, providing a stronger shell, with epoxy resin finish, thus shaping a bearing edge for optimal drumhead contact. All the metal components, such as lugs, hoop claws and the tom suspension system, are newly designed. Dedicated to all the drummers who, through their constant work and suggestions, helped us reach this high-quality product which gives the brand its core identity.
